Ridiculous question about the strength of the sun, that I should know the answer to, but am going to ask anyway!
When you take your DS's to the beach, do you think it is safer to go at like 10am, and leave by 1ish, or go at 1ish, and leave in the afternoon...in terms f the suns strength and getting burned.
I ask because all over the news this am, they are saying the UV index is a 9 today, and I really wanted to take DS to the beach, but am unsure of what time to go.

The sun is strongest btwn the hours of 10-2, so going after 1PM is definitey your best bet.
