I'm telling you, try it with the rotisserie...its so easy and nothing to worry about...comes out delicious.

oh jess i am so sorry to hear that! i should have warned you that the roasting pan should be fairly deep  what did you end up eating?

Well, I ate mashed potatoes  But the bird was done in time for DH to chow down. He claims it was delicious, but I'm not so sure.
