Runners with knee problems
Can you recommend your knee brace?? I bought saucony's and I'm praying that they'll be better than the asics that I had but I'm dying over here!!! EVERY TIME I run more than 2-3 miles, I limp for days!
I even have trouble cycling! I bought an OTC knee brace at CVS but it SUUCKS! I'd be better off wrapping my knee in an Ace bandage
Ok input would be great. Thanks ladies!

What's the problem with your knee? I had a knee issue a few years ago (petellafemoral pain syndrome) and wore a brace just under the knee cap to keep the joints in place. I wore it for about 9 months till I built the stregnth I needed and then tossed it.
I think you need to know the problem and the root cause and go from there.

yea see...I think I would have to go to a Dr. for that 
I'm not sure...I'm thinking bursitis...I wear a knee brace to help stabilize right now but I'm not thrilled with the fit
