Sabrina's nine month update...a little late
Saturday Sabrina was nine months and we had our ped visit. My little baby is now 31" and 22 lbs. Off the charts!! Right now she is crawling, cruising, bending to pick things up and then getting up with them in her hands (while holding onto furniture). She has one tooth and the slit in the gums is there for the next one to come in this week or next, I guess.
Sabrina has mastered the pincer grip and has been feeding herself chicken, beef, bread, and pasta. She also likes yogurt and a smidge of vanilla ice cream every once in a while.
She is doing great in most areas. Sleep is fairly consistent during the week and usually a bit wonky on the weekends (her doing, not ours).
She loves animals and anything else that is furry (fake fur coats, hats and stuff too).
She likes my handbags and shoes and will crawl across the room for them (I actually suspected she was a girl when I was pg because she would kick when I shopped for handbags)
Sabrina has been saying Mama, Dada, Tata (Polish for Daddy), No, and she when she is told no she responds with "uh-dung"
All is well over here, thank God.

My 2 year old has the same stats as Sabrina  (Miranda is a peanut though).
Love the close ups. She's beautiful!!

Miranda is not the only one. I was visiting with a friend whose 20 month old weighs less than Sabrina By time they are in school, these stats will be history.

I hope so. DH is tall and so is most of his family. I hope I get to be taller than my baby at least through elementary school.
