Sad news..........just had sono today
My levels went from 417 last Monday to 139 today...just got the call frommy RE, I am completely devasted....
Have an appointment on Friday to talk to RE. Because I was only 5 weeks 3 days today, does anytone know if I will have to do a D&C? Or does it just happen naturally?
I am still numb that this is happening...
so very sad

I'm so sorry.
 for you.
When I've had my losses (one of which was twins around 6-6 1/2 weeks) as long as my beta was already dropping I didnt' need a D&C. you won't either. Please know we're here if you need anything, or if you just want to talk.

I am so sorry for your loss I think if your levels only got up to 417 and they are already going down, you won't need a D&C. My prayers are with you and your FH.

I was around 5w3/4d when we realized it was a non-viable pregnancy. I was given the option of taking medicine or a D&C, but my RE strongly suggested the medicine. He felt that I was small enough that it would pass without any issues.
I took the medicine on a Saturday and the next weekend the bleeding had stopped.
Again, I am so very sorry for your loss.
