Saline drops and the aspirator
When you use the aspirator - how far up do you go and how many times per nostril? I'm becoming more bold each time but don't want to go up too far...

1/4 inch or a bit more but that's it..
He HATES it so I can't do it too much for he screams and flails his arms around....
