Salmon
If I buy fresh salmon on a sunday afternoon, is it still okay to cook tuesday night?
Trying to plan my grocery list for sunday and my weekly menu! Thanks!

I think it should be okay. Tuesday would be the aboslute latest I would cook it.

why not put it in the freezer on sunday and then let it thaw out tuesday during the day?
