If I buy fresh salmon on a sunday afternoon, is it still okay to cook tuesday night?
Trying to plan my grocery list for sunday and my weekly menu! Thanks!

I think it should be okay. Tuesday would be the aboslute latest I would cook it.

why not put it in the freezer on sunday and then let it thaw out tuesday during the day?

Our white fish and smoked fish can be frozen for up to six months, our cooked fish and oil rich fish can be frozen for up to three months and shellfish is only to be kept in the freezer for up to one month.
