Salt in frozen veggies?

I want to start giving DD some peas and carrots and other small things she can pick up but all the frozen veggies seem to have salt in the ingredients. Is that a problem or does anyone know of any brands that are just veggies with no salt?

i've never seen them with salt - i buy the bags from Stop and Shop.

I use the big bags from Birds Eye from Sam's Club. I don't think there is any salt in there.

Weird... I've looked at Whole Foods, Safeway (I'm OOS) and several other places and even the organic ones list "organic carrots (etc), salt". Whole Foods sometimes says sea salt instead but it's still in all the peas and carrots. I bought spinach without but that's it...

I buy organic frozen veggies from Trader Joe's, and there is no salt in the ingredients.

There are many veggies that don't have salt in them (other than what naturally occurs) but not as an added ingredient. Try bird's eye and cascadian farms. I use nature's promise but that is a stop and shop brand.

I've seen them with and without salt. Sometimes the same company adds salt to some veggies and not others.
