Obviously in the minority here, but I loved it. For the concept, I thought this was well done. Maybe because DH does videography, I can appreciate it more.
I thought it was adorable.

A different kind of STD video (sweet and sentimental, or funny), I could get on board with. This was SO over the top, it was almost embarrassing to watch.

I didn't have an issue with it, looked really cool. And judging by some of the comments here, especially the ones directed at the bride's looks and the guy's name, I see a lot of haterade being consumed here. But hey, that's my opinion reading the comments.
If all those "extras" in the video were actual wedding guests, they get extra points. Just to be able to coordinate all those people there, not easy.
This was professionally done.

i dont know...i think its kind of cool. Would I do it? No, but it wouldnt have been in our budget. If I had the money to throw around....maybe. I think its fun, excessive, but fun.

If you got the money, why not. It looked like fun and who knows..maybe someone in their family does videos or films. They look like a fun couple and the wedding should be a blast. Of course they look full of themselves but I'm sure the first person to ever do a picture STD magnet looked the same way lol. Now it's more the norm.
I agree, except I don't think they are full of themselves, its their save the date-they have to be in it! They apparently wanted a Hollywood feel and it was that, I personally would have done a home video montage style but I'm poor and not filmsy ;)
I feel bad that they are getting so much heat for it, they probably just excited and wanted a fun way to std

It's like a black backdrop with good lighting, so you can go take selfies and then upload to Twitter and Instagram, or they can play on a feed like a video .
