Scary Day on Thursday
Wednesday night, I could NOT get comfortable sleeping at all!!! So I wake up Thursday at about 6....having major cramps, so I call the emergency line at the OBGYN...they say call at 8 when they open and get a morning appt. I sat back down, and after that it was down hill...I could hardly walk, no laying down at all, cause it hurt, then I had some major bowel movements(sorry TMI ) so I figured something is going on. Finally I get an appt, we get to the Dr(after stopping on the side of the road to throw up) and I am having contractions...good thing is that my cervix is closed and the lining is thick! They said as long as I keep the baby in for one more week (I will be 37 weeks at that time) the baby will be full term. I am trying to keep hydrated and resting...although a little hard to do since I have 3 houseguests..but we are managing quite well. Thank goodness for DH...he has been the BEST!

dont worry about your houseguests i am sure they will understand you have to take care of yourself and that baby your carrying first.. that is #1 priority

The weekend went off without any problems which was great...got to rest at the beach for the days and low key stuff at night! Thanks so much for your well wishes!! I am feeling back to normal now, so I am happy...going to do some major nesting this week though!! Baby laundry and cleaning, setting up the carseat etc! FUN FUN FUN!!!
