Selling on Craigslist - Do you get a lot of scam e-mails?
Just got this one:
Hi,
I am very interested.I will buy at your price.Your payment will be
mailed out as soon you provide your full name and address and it will
take about 3-4 working days. I will pay with money order or cashiers
check. Let me know where to send your payment to because i dont want
to lose it to someone else. I will add $20 for the delay so you can
keep it in my favor. If you are ok with this,send your mailingdetails.

huge scam had very similar email when I was selling my sstroller . turned out the person doing it was selling the same stroller. he asked me to remove my posting from CL , he stole my wording and put it on his picture

yes, tons of scam emails! 
Just do your best to read them and think before you respond. If they are asking too much personal info (and not about the item for sale), it's probably a scam

yes...i even put up a designer wanted ad for my website..whoaa...the spam that filled my inbox...holy crap.
and then when i was looking for a job and a used car..so many scams posted on there!!

Yea its ridiculous! I used to be able to actually sell things on there but I am tired of getting all the scammers on there.

Funny I just posted something and didn't see this! I got that same scam email a few days ago and ignored that one!

yes but that's only when I forget to list CASH ONLY
DH listed some stuff and failed to say cash only. only then did I get emails, just like yours! don't fall for it.

the worst part about this is, its really hard to report them or get them banned from the site. they usually use a made up for 1x gmail account. to report it you have to call a 1800 number listed on CL's site. I never did, but the person went as far as threatening us when we said cash only. thank God we didn't give them an address or anything yet.

Yup. Usually more scam e-mails than actual interest in whatever I'm selling. I also get a lot of scam e-mails in response to my business listing.
