Sending a homemade smoothie to school?

Does anyone send their child to school with a homemade smoothie? What type of thermos/bottle do you send it in? Ds uses a Foogo for his drink, but I am sure the straw would get clogged with a smoothie. (He def needs a straw or spout type of cup. He's clumsy.)

Thanks! After I didn't get any responses for a few days, I started really racking my brain. I was worried that the reusable pouches were too small, but I found some that go up to 7oz, so I ordered them! I think they will work great!
