I am so incredibly sorry that this happened to your family. My prayers are with this little girl...I hope she somehow recovers from this pure act of savagery and evilness...and he WILL pay the price one day!

I am so sorry - I am in tears for this precious little girl and your family for what this monster has done  May you all find the strength to overcome this tragedy
I hope they hang him by his balls until "it" detaches from his body - and even that is not punishment enough
