I was listening to Little Red Corvette this morning on the radio and I was thinking about how I never realized how sexual that song is!!
I used to sing it all the time when I was little. I thought it was about a car!!
The other ones I finally "get" now:
She-Bop (that was my favorite - I thought Bopping meant dancing  )
I Touch Myself (I don't know what I thought that meant!!)
Any others??
Not particularly sexy but as soon as I saw your topic I immediatley thought of another Prince song!
I just recently figured out what I Would Die 4 U is about!

I did the same thing!
I had no idea what Papa Dont' preach was about. I thought "I'm keeping my baby" meant she wasn't dumping her boyfriend. Then my cousin said" I hope that never happens to me" & I was all confused & she wouldn't explain it to me!

She-Bop and Little Red Corvette... actually, I *still* don't know the lyrics to Little Red Corvette.
Most of the rest that were mentioned I knew, even at 9 or 10 years old...I guess I was a little too advanced for my own good as a kid.
