( I used to dance around my house to this and make up work out routines with my "Get in Shape Girl" workout gear! )
This was the first song I really learned the words to at age 3! nothing like a 3 year old walking around singing, "Let's get animal, animal. I wanna get animal.."

I was such a naive kid! 
And I thought DO ME by Bel Biv Devoe was the baddest song in the whole world!
That was a HUGE song when I was in middle school

Ok until just now - i though opp was other peoples property
I was only in fourth grade for that song and i loved it and sang it all the time - now i know why my parents were not big fans of that song!

That's awesome! Did you ever read The Nanny Diaries? It always cracks me up when she's giving the little boy a bath and he's going "Toot, Toot, yeah, Beep, Beep!" and then he stops and says "Why are the girls bad? What do they do that's bad?"

ok I am probably dating myself big time but I was young in the "push push in the bush " era....I grew up in a neighborhood where there was alot of kids the same age and me and my little girlfriends were about 8 dancing around to that in someones basement not having the slightest clue as to what it meant....
