We paid someone to do it but he made it look easy!

I don't know - we paid him by the day - he did a lot of work in our house. We paid him I think $200/day but I knooooow he went up in price. Too expensive for us now.

My bro had this done too - he did one room, up a small staircase (he's got a high ranch), and in his upstairs hallway. He said his whole thing w/material and labor came to about $700-800. He said labor was about $350-400.

He also said Lowes has the better prices/better selection of molding.

If you're looking to just do your DR or something - it would prob be about $500 total.
