NO disaster stories, thank GOD! We've put enought work in the house though to update it. The one funny thing was when we looked at the house, the lady was living in it. When we did the walk-through before closing, we saw it for the first time with out her stuff in it. The walls were the funniest thing! She painted I guess to make it look better for the open house, and didn't move furniture, so there was a huge spot on the dining room wall where the china cabinet was and she didn't paint. It looked so odd!

Wow, after reading these stories, I don't feel so bad about our electrical problems and mini flood. Beats poop in the yard!

We had a flood in our dining room like 2 months after we moved it. We had to replace half the roof because the roofers put the shingles around the skylights on wrong (it was only 5 years old).
