Shed Permit
Just wondering if anyone knows about permits in regard to having a shed. We just bought a house with a shed that is set on cinderblock and we thought that meant it was "movable" and not permanent. The town came to cancel a pool permit from the prior owners that has been open since 1971 (no pool) and told us they won't cancel it until I get a permit for the shed. The shed is made of wood and set on cinderblock, you can dismantle it easily if you had to. I would think getting a permit will impact my taxes, but I'm not sure.
I will most probably head to town this week since trying to talk on the phone is impossible.
Thanks to anyone who may have an idea about this one! Thanks!!

Re: Shed Permit
It depends the size of it... I could have one on cinder blocks proving it was no larger the 12x12...
Hope this helps...

Re: Shed Permit
Depends on the town. We would need a permit just to build a dog house.
