what do I do with it? I have an enormous bottle in the pantry I want to get rid of but I feel bad just tossing it. i think I used it once in a french onion soup recipe that ended up not tasting good. not sure how to use it.

I use it in salad dressings, marinades, and other places where I want that splash of acidity - even in pasta sauces.
