Shoe sizes- Converse question
Sydnie is 3 months old next week. I am asking for a pair of Chuck Taylors for X-mas and don't know what size to get. She has 2 pairs of shoes, both are 2's and they're a little big but she wears them. Obviously she isn't walking so it doesn't really matter.
My question is should I ask for size 2 or 3 in the converse sneaks? I think she has big feet. I am 5'7" and Dh is 6'4" so she is probably on the larger size. I was figuring 3s but are they going to be way too big? Which size would you get? I'd like them to get her through the spring.

I know sizing of all the shoes seems different. If a size 1 in one brand fits DS sometimes a size 1 in another doesn't. I would measure it up against her foot and get what seems big!
LOVE the converses by the way! The have the one star black ones in Target & I think I want to get DS a pair!

I bought Converse sneakers for my DS last SPRING and they are still too large lol! And he has big feet. I do believe they tend to run large. You may be better off with the smaller size for that reason. I'm pretty sure they sell some at BabyGap. Maybe try on a pair there just to see?

Converse run big....My DD will be 6 months and she has a size 2, which normally whe wears a size 3. Same with my son,,he usually wears a size 8 and I get him a size 7 in converse

My DD is a 6.5W and I just bought her a 7 in the hot pink high tops. I'll try them on her today.

I think they run REALLY big. My DS weard a 6.5 XW and I got him the 7's - they are really big on him!!

So I went and looked at them at BRU and I will DEF be going with the 2s. They run really big!

converse do run 1 shoe size up - so Jake is a size 10 in stride rtie - I buy him a 9 in converse.
