Re: Shopping for food?
We went to Trader Joe's last week and it is now my all time favorite store. I order organic chicken, meat and a few other things from FreshDirect. We go to BJ's every once in a while to stock up on diapers adn paper goods. We are thingking of switching to Costoco though, I hear they have a lot of organic produce and BJ's has none.

Re: Shopping for food?
I go to all of them..whoever has the best sles that week gets my business. We have every single store on the list within a mile radius to us. We also have memberships to BJ's and Costco...rarely use costco though.

Re: Shopping for food?
I like King Kullen because they are the only supermarket that doubles $1 coupons. It saves us a ton of money because I am a coupon clipper

I LOVE waldbaums, stop and shop comes in 2nd. In manorville where im moving over the summer they only have a king kullen. Not a big king kullen fan.
If you drive to Center Moriches they have a Waldbaums, its only 5 minutes away. The Manorville King Kullen is more expensive.

Re: Shopping for food?
I use either Stop and Shop or Pathmark. I like stop and shop better but I find that Pathmark has better prices.

Re: Shopping for food?
Stop & Shop, but not because we like it it's a horribly run store! I've waited at that deli counter for 20 minutes or more! they move so sllllllllllllllllllllooooowwwwwwwww!
the reason we put up with it is because it is so close we can walk there.

Wouldn't the money spent on gas getting there no longer make it such a deal?

Stop and shop... all the way... The things I buy are always on sale....
DH likes pathmarks prices.. but the 2 that are close to us are soooooooooooooo dirty.... I just cant handle going shopping there!
I also like king kullen, but find them to be alot more expensive!

Not unless you live in NJ!
I'm NJ too, I can't stand the Pathmark near where I live, so it's Shop Rite for major food shopping and Kings for the days I need to just run in for something quick.
