Shopping for pregnancy and baby stuff?
So where is everyone shopping for maternity clothes? How about diaper bags, and setting up nursery stuff and those types of things?
I only found out a few days ago I'm pregnant and I"m getting excited!

my mom and family have always felt it was supersticious to buy anything before the baby was born. when my cousin had a baby over a year ago it was kinda breaking the cycle but they still wont buy anything untill about 7-8 months.
ialso prob wont buy anything for some time i only found out 4 days ago so its really early in the game. i have to admit that i do WINDOW shop ALOT of things i want or would want.
as far as matrnity clothes i dont know when imgoing to need them but i do look b/c its always fun to shop!

I wanted to be pregnant for so long, The minute I found out I wanted to buy things! I understand your excitement!!! When I found out the gender of the baby I went CRAZY!!! lol
You do what you feel comfortable with, theres no right or wrong! As far as shopping for myself I shop mostly at Motherhood.

i totally misread your OP - my apologies...i'll go back and edit...
for baby stuff - we've been shopping at the Kmart near our house for a LONG time now - they have a spectacular clearance section...
we also found cute stuff at jc penney, kohls, burlington coat factory, etc...

I haven't done the actual shopping, but I have been searching online. I really can't wait to start buying the baby's furntiure. But I am still early- so I will wait for the next few months.

I didnt do any shopping for maternity clothes until I was 13 weeks pg. I went directly from my dr's office to Motherhood Maternity. I bought larger sized clothing until I had my 12 week sono! I didnt buy anything for the baby at all until after my baby shower. So far the only baby things that I have bought are a pair of really cute pajamas and a bib that reads "single and fabulous".
I received so much from my shower and from co-workers we havent had to buy anything yet!
