helpppppp i needa short rib recipe.....dh wanted them but i have no idea what to do with them

You could throw them ina slower cooker with carrots and potatoes and some sort of sauce. I have done this and I cook them on low for about 7.5 hours.

Sandra Lee Semi Homemade for Slow Cooker

Prep- 8mins/More like 15mins
Cook Low- 8-10 hours/ I cooked for 9
Servings- 4

2 small onions, peeled and sliced

12 beef short ribs, rinsed and patted dry. Salt and pepper

1/2 cup marmalade, Knott's Berry Farm

3/4 cup sweet & sticky BBQ rib saucs, Bull's Eye

1 envelops (1-ounce) onion soup, Lipton


1. Place onions in the bottom of a 5-quart slow cooker. Season short ribs with salt and pepper and place in slow cooker on top of onions.

2. In a small bowl, stir together all remaining ingredients. Pour over short ribs. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 8 to 10 hours.

3. Remove ribs from slow cooker, and strain and defat the cooking liquid. Serve warm, as sauce, on the side.


IT WAS SO EASY TO MAKE AND TASTED SOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD.

I served it with mixed veggies
