Shorts/Capris, which one for baby girls?
Since I'm new to this "girl" thing, what is the best to get for her for the summer? I got a whole bunch of rompers, but also need a few shorts and/or capris. Which is better to get for DD? She's almost 6 months old. It's either shorts or capris. Thanks!

Why not get a mix of both? I try to put DD in capris when I know she's going to be playing a lot so that her knees are more protected...but your DD is only 6 months so it's more just for fashion.

Both, I got dd a whole bunch or shorts and capris. I got some denim and some cotton and I mix and match them.

we usually do shorts, but my girls never crawled. if you have a crawler (or think you will), I would get some capris or longer shorts so her knees don't get too roughed up and stay away from dresses. rompers are great at that age! girls shorts will be shorter than boys shorts, but they can wear them longer...as long as the waist fits it doesn't really matter the length.

I preferred capris while she was crawling, just to protect her knees a little.

But if she's old enough to crawl then I perfer something that covers her knees.
Also, I liked Capri because of the car seat I felt better knowing she had a layer between her and the seat for sweat or if it was hot, etc.
