Mostly skirts and dresses, but shorts also. Capris and Bermuda shorts are extremely unflattering on my short legs. I think capris are kind of “out of style” right now according to the fashion gods, so that’s probably why they are harder to find in stores.

oops i had no idea capris were out!
LOL oh well
I wear a lot of cropped pants to work since it is FREEZING here. I THINK those are still in, I just bought them.
I wear knee length shorts on the weekend.
I also wear capris to work, I have a few pairs that are fitted and I think they look nice on me!

I don't like either.
Skirts and dresses during the week for work.
On the weekend I wear shorts when running around with the kids because it is easy and the most comfortable (but I only own one pair that looks good on me.
If I'm going to actually see people (other than in my neighborhood running errands), I go back to skirts on the weekend too.

I know capris aren't "in," or very flattering, but I have a very large and conspicuous birthmark on my leg that I am incredibly self -conscious about and so I rarely, if ever, wear shorts.  I tried to have it removed but if you have ever had laser surgery you will understsnd when i say that 10 sessions was about all I could bear 
I don't claim to be a fashion model, I would hate to think someone was judging me on the length of my pants

I wear both a lot! Last summer def more shorts since I found great ones at Ann Taylor Loft that fit awesome so I bought them in every color!! This year I just had a baby so I can't get into them yet! Maybe August!!!

Capris are the worst fashion invention. SO unflattering. For me it's skirts or sundresses in the summer.
capris are actually be very flattering on short girls and can be slimming in the right cut on the right body, they are great for me, make me look much longer and leaner, but I only wear jean or legging capris, not khaki's those are terrible on me.

Capris. **MY** rule is, if your thighs touch, you shouldnt wear shorts. So I live in capris.

i go through phases when it comes to shorts and capris. Now that I am preggo, i only wear sun dresses or capris... i can not bear to wear shorts.
Like a PP said... if your thighs touch, dont wear shorts... that is my motto as well, and unfortunately due to heredity and pregnancy i have just one big thigh
