should i worry? frozen embryo question.
when my dr. wrote to tell me how many embryos ended up being frozen, he didn't tell me the grade. i see everybody on here knows the grades of their embryos.....should i worry about this? would they freeze crappy embryos? i have an appt with him at the end of next week so i can ask then but now i'm obsessing!

Re: should i worry? frozen embryo question.
If they made it to day 5 and frozen, then they must be pretty good. Even crappy 5 day frozen can result in a beautiful miracle. Good luck.
But, I have the same thing where it seemed everyone knew the grades and for some reason I never did. You really have to ask these questions, even at the moment you are excited about the fact that you had frozen you need to somehow remember to ask. Its like pulling teeth sometimes to get detailed info. I always hang up and at that moment I'm like....but waitttt........ but they're gone already.

I thought the very same thing about mine (I only have one frozen). The girls on here reassured me that they wouldn't freeze them if they didn't think they were good.

They never tell me the grade - I always have to pester them and I only do it since I know we are dealing with quality issues.

they aren't going to bother freezing terrible quality so i wouldnt worry about that; however i like to have all of the info so i would def find out the quality and cell # if you can.

should i worry? frozen embryo question.
Every office grades embryos differently so it is all dependant on the embryologist. In my office the ONLY GRADE day 5 Blasts...AAA, AA, AB, AC, A, B, C... a blast is a blast and can result in a pregnancy regardless of the grade...DONT STRESS over the grade... its just thier way of desiphering which one to transfer first. :)
