should my take home outfit be 0-3 months?
I bought 3-6 months but now I am thinking that was a mistake.

I have two take home outfits packed- one newborn, which will only fit up to 8 pounds, and one 0-3 month outfit.

I would think 0-3 months. You would be surprised...even if you have a baby on the larger side (8 lbs and over), the 3-6 month clothes are huge.

I would bring NB and 0-3.
My daughter is 13lbs and she is just really getting into the 3-6 months

Maybe you can use that for a family function, or if you plan on bringing him/her to see people.

We bought 0-3 and 3-6 thinking we would have a bigger baby - well, we had to run out and buy nb clothes for our bean....she's a tiny one!! (and yes, they estimated her to be 7 12 - she was 6-14!)

I used a "NB- newborn" outfit to take DD home. She was an average baby- 7 lbs 11 oz and NB was a little loose on her.
