shoulder pain in pregnancy
Hi
I have horrible left sided shoulder pain. Can I use a heating pad.. I don't really want to take tylenol but I think I might have to. Anyone have any suggestions..thank you

I read somewhere not to use the electric heating pads because they can overheat the body and don't cool down.....They suggested to use the "bean" ones that you can heat up in the microwave since after several minutes they get cooler.

Can you use IcyHot? Those work really well. It won't cure your shoulder pain, but it will make it feel better for 8 hours.
