I have two, both from red envelope. I don't know how to post pics, so here are the links.
First I have the pea in the pod necklace:

And I LOVE the second one! It is a mommy's charm bracelet. It comes with 5 charms, a teddy bear, booties, a heart, a stroller, and a martini glass!!!
