Show or tell me what kind of lighting...
you have for your basement stairs.
DH is working on getting the lighting set up for our basement remodeling and we arent sure where or what type of lighting at the stairs. highhats maybe? the ceiling is sloped. Do you have lighting on the slope? or do you just have it at the bottom of the steps?
please share what you have
pics would be very helpful

I would go with high hats. My parents have them in their basement and they look great. When we get around to doing our basement we are going to get them as well.

thanks Kristen! we are putting highhats in the whole basement but werent sure about the area when you go down steps. your parents have highhats there?

normally it's either at the top landing or at the bottom, depending on how steep you could do both. It's basically your preference

oh sorry misread the post. When we bought the house it had a light fixture at the bottom of the steps which they left. It was still a lil dark so the bought a bar light (dont know the right term) for the top of the steps. I dont think you can get high hats in the "slope" can you?
