Side effects - Trigger Shot
Did anyone experience any side effects from the HCG trigger shot? I triggered on Tuesday (3/9) for my IUI on Thursday (3/11). Since Saturday, I've been really tired and bloated, my boobs are SO sore and my npps are extremely tender ( )... It hurts to even wear my bra!!These alll sound like pregnancy symptoms but it's WAY too early for this, right? I'm thinking that it might have something to do with the trigger shot. Thoughts??

It's a hormone.. it could do any number of those things to you
i've had it several times but never had any symptoms. But we're all different

I had no symptoms with the shot either, but FEMARA ugh that is another story...and many people have none with that drug, everyone responds differently.....GOOD LUCK

i was very bloated post-trigger; but i did SO many drugs (2 rounds of femara, 17 total shots of gonal-f/follistim, plus dexamethasone) that i dont think the trigger alone caused the bloating.
are you on progesterone?? that also has similar side effects to early PG symptoms.

No, I'm not on progesterone but I was on Gonal-F for almost 20 days!!  The Gonal-F made me super bloated but this is just out of control!
