Siding Question
How much do you think it would take to re-side this size house.
Not cheap siding but not expensive either. Middle to the road.
Thanks

Re: Siding Question
Hey thats in Bellmore right? I used to live right near that house.
I would have no idea how much it would cost to side it.
You should also look into the companies that paint the shingle or siding. It comes out really good. A neighbor of my mother in law did it to her house, and you cannot tell that she didnt have the house sided, and that it is paint.
Her house used to be pink and now it is a light cream color.
They use Benjammin Moore Paint. It would cost a fraction of what it would cost to side that house too. Scott

Re: Siding Question
Siding can be a big job. When my parent's did their colonial, it cost them btw $8-10K.

Re: Siding Question
I would estimate $7,500 - $10,000 depending on what you chose, are you replacing the shutters as well? etc. You know, if you call a few places you can have them come and leave estimates in your mail box. You don't even have to be there. That way you can find out for sure how much you would be looking at.
