I realize we do what we have to, we justify it anyway we can...but
I can still picture Maddie holding me, crying, saying "Mommy dont leave me!" this morning.

I can empathize. When I leave Claire with my inlaws she crys and trys to hold on to me, it breaks my heart. When I leave her with my mom, she waves bye and runs off like it doesn't matter, that kinda breaks my heart too, but is much easier to handle.

same here! I have found that if you find the right sitter it makes a world of difference, my kids cry when they have to LEAVE Nana's house to come home with me, I literally have to pry their little fingers off of her to get them in the car with me, it makes me feel so much better!
