Silly butter cookie question...
I want to use my cookie press, and cookie cutters, and was wondering if this butter cookie recipe would work. Would you just not put it in the fridge?
TIA!
Oh, and if you have an absolutely fantastic butter cookie recipe, please share!

I always do them in the cookie press. Some of the discs work great and some I have trouble with. I plan on making them again Friday and I was going to try putting the batter in the fridge for just a little while to help firm it up.

Also if you want to color them get gel color-they come out so vibrant!
