I am in search of an Italian butter cookie recipe. My ds and I are obsessed with the bakery cookies with the sprinkles or chocolate on them. I have tried a few but it is not the same.

So far this seems to be the closest but it didn't have the light, crumbly aspect and the taste was a little off. I read that adding half cake flour half all purpose and cooking it longer will help.
Does anyone know if this recipe with the changes will be the cookies I seek. I am tired of wasting my time and ingredients only to be disappointed Chat Icon
