silly Q how do you cook sweet potato for your DC?
Normally I wrap it in aluminum foil and put it in the oven for about 45 min or so . But is there an easier and quick way to cook them?

Yu can put it in the microwave for about 5 min. Just prick all over with a fork first.

you can poke holes in it with a fork and wrap it in a wet paper towel and put it in the microwave for about 5 minutes( you have to adjust the time based on the size.) and its done quick easy and tastes just as good.

I steam them for DS but that requires cleaning, peeling, cutting and steaming. That sounds like more work than the over and maybe more time...I'm switching to the oven now

i have steamed them, micro'd them and even baked "fries" out of them!
