Silly vitamin question
Gummies: directions say to chew 2 tummies daily. Is that two at the same time of day, or can I do one in the am and one in the pm?

Silly vitamin question
You can split them up if you'd like and do an AM/PM. I think most people take them at the same time so that its over and done with -- one less thing to have to remember!
