A few weeks ago we lowered DD's mattress & realized at the time the mattress is ripping at the seams & there were 2 holes from the springs. I posted on here & you ladies said that isn't normal & so I called the manufacturer. The mattress is only 8 months old.

They are sending me a brand new mattress, no q's asked, I didn't have to show any receipt or anything. They said they'll send it via fed ex & I'll have w/i 10 days.
