Singleton's Seafood Shack?
Has anyone been to Singleton's Seafood Shack? Good, Bad, Indifferent?
I wanted to go someplace on the water...specifially the beach...for dinner tonight with DH. Since it is the longest day of the year I wanted to enjoy the sunset on the beach and some yummy seafood.
I am open to suggestions but nothing too far in to Suffolk or too west of Freeport in Nassau.

we just went to crabby amys in seaford yesterday for fathers day ... it was AMAZING! although it's not very scenic you can take a walk to a better area to watch the sunset.
it's the type of place that you eat with paper plates, forks, spoons, they serve alcohol and sometimes has live music.
Enjoy whereever you choose!
btw - where is singletons? i only know the one on hempstead tnpk.

We ended up not going because I got sick last night.

I'm sorry you didn't end up going...
My ILs go to it frequently, they love it. I don't remember asking them specifics but I know they do love it.
They're big fans of the Singleton's on Hempstead Tpke though so they might be biased.
