sinus headache?

or migraine?

I have something going on and tylenol is not cutting it, tried caffenine, and tried cold compress.

My left temple and behind my eye is killing me and when I bend down its like instant unbearable pressure.

Any other ideas or anything else I can take? Its like 3 days now.....


Could it be from dehydration?

I had a bad sinus headache after last night. Steaming, hot fluids and spicy food (esp the spicy food) seems to work okay unless it is really tight.

Try taking a tylenol, then steaming followed by something spicy to eat should really open you up.

Etd to add - something like hot lemonade will kill two birds with one stone - if you drink enough it will either rehydrate you or if it is your sinuses it should help to open them up.
