Sinus Headache cures?

I have had this headache since Tuesday and I cant take it anymore. Its settled behind my left eye and UGHH

The sudafed etc makes me sooo drowsy( not good with a 3 week old to care for)

ANY tips or cures?

I also agree with Advil Cold and Sinus. Additionally, I will take a really hot shower (the steam helps) and then will flush my sinuses with a saline nasal spray. I use the saline nasal spray a lot throughout the day. It really helps to clear the infection up.

Ok now to GET to the store and get any of these things.

I was hoping for a magical...press on your right ring finger and it will go away....

A hot shower, and the saline spray. If you can't get that yet, or have time to take a nice long shower, put a hot washcloth over your face/head and it helps!! I always get them over my right eye, and I put the washcloth (as hot as i can comfortably stand it) on my forehead, a little on my hairline, and over my eyes. It really relieves my pain!

I HATE the smell but it works wonders! I woke up this morning not being able to see out of my left eye and the pressure in my head was INSANE. I rubbed some on my temples and under my nose and in a half hour, I felt better. Try it, it just might work.
