Sippy Cups - when move on from straws?

Sippy Cups - when move on from straws?
Just curious - DS just started using the one with the straw - but how long should he use that for? When do we go to the old sippy cup with the spout or do we just go to a cup after? He is 13 months.

Almost 16 months and still on the straw..not sure.. but I dont' think id go back to a spout... probably closer to a regular cup after this.

ditto. DS was never on a sippy cup...he hated it. after this i'll go to a regular cup, but i have no idea when.

We did sippy cups w/ straws til he was 15/ 16 months. I hated cleaning all the parts. We moved on to a spout at that time and DS took to it immediately. We moved to cups at 20 months. He drinks from cups at home all the time now.
