Well - everything went great at Julia 15 month doctors appt.
She's just about 26 lbs and almost 32 inches tall - which puts her in the 90% percentile.
But now - my goal is to try and transition her to sippys completely and im thinking of doing it cold turkey too - don't know if you mommies think thats too harsh?!
I've tried a handful of times putting milk in her sippy and she took a sip and tossed her cup on the floor continously! I tried again this afternoon and she drank 2 ounces from it (not all at once) and was miserably tired and wouldn't sleep until she had her bottle - so i gave in and gave it to her but like i said i think im just going to go cold turkey and not beat around the bush with these bottles - my kid is tough.
I know the first days are really rough and I hear DC often drink less milk during the transition - but how much less should i expect her to drink? I want her to have more than just 2 ounces per feeding.....

No advice. Sounds like what I'm going through. DD is 11.5 months and I've been trying to transition her. She will drink 2-3 onces at the most from her cup and when I give in and put the formula in a bottle she drinks it like she is starving. Maybe I'm pushing it too early for her. Good luck.

honestly....it lasted a couple of weeks that she drank less than her bottles.....
if they are thirsty they will drink. Now she drinks almost a full sippy of milk morning and evening....there are days she leaves some left over and then there are days where she asks for more
