Six year old clicking teeth while sleeping

I can not say grinding teeth, because it is not a grinding noise it is like a clicking noise. The top front teeth are worn down a little. What can be done for that?

I looked in Walgreens for a night guard but they all say, they are for 18 or older.

Should I just bring DC to a pediatric dentist? TIA

my ds grinds his teeth once in awhile. I mentioned it to the dentist she said it was no big deal. i would give a call to your dentist see if they can run it by the dentist instead of having to go in. Maybe it can wait for his next cleaning to check it out. I have tmj and the dentist had to give me a custom mouth guard. Maybe they would do that if it was a problem. Good luck!
