Skechers gorun?
I saw their review in runners world and never thought minimal shoes would be for me, but the specs seem to fit my needs. Plus I read a real life review of someone with PF (like me) and they loved them.
And Meb won the Olympic trials in them! I'm pretty intrigued.
Do you just go full force into minimal shoes?

Re: Skechers gorun?
I have a pair of minimal running sneakers. I switch between them and my regular shoes. I will say they are much lighter and force me to not run on my heels, which I have a tendency to do. They do feel different and took a little while to get used to.
I have pumas.

Re: Skechers gorun?
I have a pair of minimal running sneakers, right now i use them for 5ks. They are so light i feel i am running faster (its all in my head i think!) Mine are saucony but I want to get newtons. I will never fully switch over because i am an over pronator and once i started wearing the brooks adrenaline support sneakers i have no knee pain... something i have dealt with for 15 yrs just gone! If someone won the olympic trials with them, they must be good or someone got paid a lot of $$$! Try them, what do you have to lose? Let us know how they are.
