I worked there for 4 years and it really is a cool place...but I think I would be scared to sleep there overnight. I picture what happened in "Night at the Museum" happening where everything comes to life!

There are new dates on the site. I know the August dates sold out, but I do believe these days posted are still open. I'm going to call in the morning.

I had a sleep over there when i was a kid. My Brownies troop went with all of these other troops...it was So cool!

We did this too, but with the museum in Philadelphia with the heart in it.

My cousin took her class to this on a field trip one year. She said it was awesome, and the kids learned so much since it was fun for them.

The Franklin Institute. Can't wait until my kids are old enough to go, this is such a fantastic musuem.

Thanks for posting this! I'm going to see if DH would do it. I'm not sure he's willing to spend $400+ to stay over in a museum though.
