Sleeping - is it time for my left side?
last night I slept both on my back and side. When I woke up on my back my lower back was in such pain - shoudl I switch to left side only now? I'm 12.5 weeks. My OB just said my body would let me know when I'm ready.

I would say if it hurts, switch now. The two books I have say to go on that side by 16 weeks, but if you are uncomfortable you should make yourself comfortable!

Might be time. I know for me, I switched when I would lay down and I could literally feel the baby like crushing me. It felt like I couldnt catch my breath when I laid down on my back.
