Slomins heating is the absolute worst !!!
We have small children and we have heat in only half our home. Two bedrooms and bathrooms don't have heat. We are paying for a contract. It is Sat.they have workers that can come but they will not send them because they feel this is not an emergency being that some of the rooms have heat. They said they can be here on Tuesday. Their web site says they respond promptly LOL. I am so upset. The rooms with out heat are 50 degrees.

Omg, we went thru the same thing last week!! So I called back and lied. I said we had no heat. They came to my house at....midnight!!! And the guy was so nasty and loud almost trying to wake everyone in the house up. It was like he was tipped off by the manager. Then he had the sales department call us the next day asking if we were interested in a new oils burner. I said even if they were giving it to me for free, I wouldn't get one they them b/c their customer service is HORRIBLE. We will not be resigning with them next year.

Wait I have SLomins for oil but I've called private plumbers to look at my baseboards etc. Is Slomins supposed to handle that? What does slomins do vs me needing to call a plumber for?? Now I am so confused!!!
