Small red bumps on face???
My DS has these on his cheeks and forehead and they feel really feel rough, almost like dry skin. What could this be??

OMG is that your DS in your avatar? He is such a cutie. What a gorgeous pic!
In regards to your question, it soudns like baby acne, which you can't really do anything about. I would just make sure the area was clean (no dried up formula on it) and put some aquaphor on it for the dryness.

My DD had this for a few weeks, someone recommended aquafor on here and since I've been putting it on its been clearing up..it is baby acne, my pediatrician confirmed it...
