snow removal
for anyone who rents from a fairfield property can you tell me if your parking lot was plowed and if it was were u satisfied with how it was done.
mine is T E R R I B L E !! and i am really mad about it. i am so disappointed in how they handled this and just wondering if it's just my complex or did they do a half azz job on others.

been there , done that.
i lived in selden complex and it was a effing nightmare!!!!!!!
we ended up having to salt our own walkways, too..
maybe get some neighbors and complain to the management.

We dont rent, but our co-op is a fairfield property and it was a nightmare. They plowed people in ALL over the place in our parking lot, made 4' high banks of snow along the walkways into the parking lot and not pathway to actually get INTO the parking lot from the walkway. Last night, we were ALL down there digging each other out a moving cars all over and called our property manager to have them send the plows back and we all actually stood outside supervising.
It happens EVERY year.
